After site preparation, underground services are installed and the slab is poured, marking the start of your home’s construction.
The frame, roof structure, and exterior cladding are completed, and you’ll inspect the home before internal services are added.
Windows, doors, and internal walls are installed, making the home secure and ready for internal trade work.
Internal fittings, cabinetry, tiling, and fixtures are installed in preparation for painting.
Final detailing and painting are completed, and you’ll inspect the finished home with your consultant before handover.
When you’re completely happy with the final result and the final payment is settled, your keys to your new home will be handed over to you and this marks the end of your home building journey.
Any building defects that become apparent immediately after handover or within 6 to 12 months after you settle in will be taken care of and we offer a 25 year structural guarantee, giving you added peace of mind.
